CM Punk and Jericho: Horror Movie Stars?

Something you may not know about the SVW Team is WE LOVE bad movies starring pro wrestlers. In fact, we created a whole podcast for it called "Suplex and Chill".

This week has not dissapointed. CM Punk has most recently been booked for a "key role" in the upcoming indie horror film Night Patrol. Considering Punk's farewell to the fans, this makes sense to expect time off from the ring.

In other pro wrestling horror news, Chris Jericho had the number one film last weekend- "Terrifier 3" continues to be a huge success as the franchise continues to gain popularity.

It seems to be a natural transition for pro wrestlers, after all they're part of a movie that doesn't ever stop. While not everyone can have the success of The Rock or John Cena, we will continue to support our favorite wrestlers no matter how garbage the movie might be.
